Delivery and presentation matter, but a review comment is still a hypothesis until someone can reproduce the underlying problem. Review volume alone is not a quality metric.

Where CodeVetter stands
We studied CodeRabbit as a baseline for agent-written PRs. CodeVetter keeps its verification local and records reproduced, unchecked, and failed states explicitly; the public synthetic corpus does not prove superiority on production PRs.
